Who We Are
“Meet Ed and Linda Duch”, partners of Good Neighbors. Between them, they have over 70 years of diverse management experience in areas like operations, real estate, technology, human resources and marketing. More importantly, they understand condo living first hand, including the challenges of serving on the board and on committees. As owners and managers, they know the issues first-hand!
The Duch’s have also enlisted advisory board members with in-depth experience to round out their skill sets. Bill Nelson is Chairman and CEO of HBO, with extensive financial and managerial background. Alan Sawyer is a professor of Marketing at the University of Florida and a nationally recognized marketing expert.
