Membership Components:
Part A:
Initial professional consultation and set-up. Includes review of specific organization needs and situational analysis.
Part B:
Initial Membership Fee Includes: Association Profile, Representative Owner Profiles (10% of owners), access to web-based services, all Association and Aggregated Owner Profiles, Best-Demonstrated Practices, Association Forums, Directories and additional services. Association is also authorized to use Good Neighbors Seal. Choice of Plaque and/or Decals for posting in building and authorized Seal utilization in marketing materials.
Part C:
Additional professional services including: Strategic Planning, Capital and Project Surveys, additional custom-designed Owner Surveys and more extensive base of Owner Profiles. Support for proprietary web-based services and initiatives, Communication Strategies, Strategical and Operational Consulting, Educational programs, Seminars, Training and programs for self-assessment and self-help tools available.
FEES:
Part A: One-time consultation and set-up:.$70.00 per unit*
Part B: Initial Membership:........................$30.00 per unit*
Part C: Based on Client Request/Scope of custom work
Part D: Annual Renewal Fee: $20 per Condo Unit.* minimum of $1,000 per year.
(Annual renewal fee covers cost of web maintenance, upgrades, data resource usage and access to GNI resources)
Part E: Revalidation of Association and Owner Profiles; every 3 years:........$30.00 per unit*
*Prices based on data input and surveys sent and returned by e-mail. Any paper based requirements and needs may incur incidental expenses.
