Membership Fees

Flexible Options to Meet Every Need

Introductory Basic Membership: $500 per year or $50 per month*

Includes:

1. Use of Association Profile:
   1. This profile allows you to self-assess all major areas of operations from maintenance to owner communications to accounting practices. Helps to ensure compliance with State regulations & assists managers and boards with assessing priorities. (Ask for a sample of questions to see the value this can bring to your Association.) If you would like our GNI partner to do this for you, we would be happy to complete on a per hour basis.
2. Use of Best Demonstrated Practices: Access to the on-line web site which includes Best Practices in areas such as Hurricane & Emergency Procedures, new Board Member Orientation, Owner Communications materials, unit inspection checklists and much more. Saves you thousands of dollars and valuable time! Also provides continual updates to various Best Practices--reflecting new ideas and the latest information on new regulations.
3. Use of Association Forums that allow you to quickly and easily communicate with other Association Managers, including the use of instant communications networks like Facebook and Twitter.

Individual Product/Service Purchases:

1. Representative Owner Profiles: Survey profiles considerable baseline information about your owners and their current thinking about your building and operations. Costs as low as $25 per survey if basic questions are used and completed via e-mail. (Hard copy surveys are also available for a higher fee.)
2. Board and/or Owner Planning Surveys: A standard review of all internal, external and administrative elements of your association can be reviewed for $2,500 plus $25 per survey if basic questions are used and completed through e-mail. Hard copy surveys are also available for a higher fee. Deliverables include a relative evaluation of those features in your building which have the highest level of satisfaction while also highlighting those areas which have the lowest levels of satisfaction.
3. Capital Program Reviews: Planning the next remodeling and upgrade project? Get your Board Members and Owners thoughts and input before those constructions drawings and expensive architectural cost are incurred. These programs can be custom-tailored for your needs for as low as $1,000 plus the individual survey costs.
4. New Board Member Orientation Program: $250 for pre-packaged meeting materials that enable you to set up the Orientation yourself. Full-Service Orientation: $1250 for a Senior Manager from Good Neighbors to organize and conduct the entire Board Orientation for you.
5. Emergency Procedures Manual: $350
6. Strategic Planning Manual: $500
7. Process for updating Association Documents: $500

RECEIVE MEMBERSHIP CREDITS:

Basic and Full Members who provide material selected for use as a ?Best Practice? will receive a credit toward membership fees at year-end of $50-$100

Seeking "Excellence in our Community Living"

(Many organizations are using and defining new procedures and methodologies to enhance the enjoyment of our communities. In addition to the categories listed in the Good Neighbors Web-Site, we are interested in receiving your programs in the following categories:

• Web-site and other Technology: (Customer data bases, profiles, use of Facebook or Twitter, etc)
• Family Friendly Programs
• Safety and Security
• Civic Volunteerism
• Disaster Preparedness
• Energy and Water Conservation
• Cost Saving or Creative Insurance Programs
• Expense Reduction Programs
• Legislative/ Community Involvement
• Environmental Protection and Preservation
• Community Relations and Communications

FULL MEMBERSHIP FEES: $5,000 per year or $ 500 per month** for Associations of 50 or more in size and $3,000 per year or $300 per month for Association under 50 units**.

Includes:

1. Initial professional consultation and set-up and a review of specific organization needs and a situational analysis.
2. Association Profile and Representative Sample Owner Profiles (10% of owners)
3. Access to web-based services, including all Association and Aggregated Owner Profiles.
4. Best-Demonstrated Practices
5. Association Communication Forums, Directories and additional services like FaceBook & Twitter.
6. Association is also authorized to use Good Neighbors Seal. (Choice of Plaque and/or Decals for posting in building. Also authorized to use the Seal in marketing materials.)
7. Updates of all materials and information sources including Best Practice materials, Aggregated Profile information and new regulations and business practice guidelines as published.

Additional Fees for Custom Work or Specialty Surveys:

1. Strategic Planning, Capital and Project Surveys or any Custom-Designed Surveys are a minimum fee of $2500, plus $25 per survey completed via email. ($75 per survey for phone interview or mail responses.)
2. Individualized support for Communication Strategies, Strategic and Operational Consulting, Educational programs, Seminars, and Training are available for additional fees determined in consultation with the client regarding the amount of work to be completed.

Revalidation of Association and Owner Profile Data (Once Every 3 Years): $30 per unit

**Prices based on data input and surveys sent and returned by e-mail. Any paper based requirements and needs may incur incidental expenses.
